These terms govern use of FeverXXX. They are a product notice, not a substitute for counsel. We can refuse service, remove material, and change this page.

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. The site is adult entertainment. Do not use it where that is illegal. Do not give an account to a minor.

You will not scrape, rehost, or resell our media without a written license. You will not upload anyone who was under 18 at the time of recording. Uploads require a 2257 certification. We can take a scene down, ban an account, or end a live room.

Live broadcasts are your responsibility. You keep camera and mic local. Tips and private shows spend site tokens. Tokens are not cash until an operator settles a payout. Premium unlocks 4K and locked scenes for the term you paid. Cancel stops renewal. We do not promise refunds.

Crypto payments are sent to our wallets. You are responsible for selecting the correct network and asset. Creator payouts are reviewed and sent to the wallet recorded with the request.

Accounts, comments, and uploads may be stored with our database and object-storage providers. The service is provided as-is. Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice.
